Terms of booking
- Only one offer can be used per booking.
- All prices are per person, per night and inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person is required with written confirmation of hotel reservations.
- In cases of cancellations of 4 weeks or less, charges will be made for the accommodation if we are unable to re-let.
- Every effort will be made to maintain these rates, but the management reserve the rights to make amendments in the event of substantial increases in the cost and charges outside our control.
- Children aged 12 and under sharing a room with two full paying adults are charged at £20.00 per night bed and breakfast with any extra meals charged as taken.
- Dogs are charged at £5.00 per night. In consideration for other guests we ask that dog owners ensure their dogs are clean and dry before bringing them into the hotel, not to allow dogs on beds and furniture, leave them unattended in rooms at any time or exercise them in the hotel grounds.
- Charges will be made for any damage caused or extra cleaning that may be required.
- A reservation is a legally binding contract, we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.
