The Platinum rate runs all year round excluding special diary dates and is for a minimum of 2 nights.
The Platinum rate, Turkey Tinsel Festive rate & Spring into Summer rate are available only to guests who pre-book direct with the hotel reception.
A Non-Refundable deposit of £25 per person is required to confirm all reservations.

CURRENT CANCELLATION POLICY
- For bookings giving a cancellation notice of 2 full clear days or more before the booking start date we will hold the deposit against a future booking for up to 12 months.
- If giving less than 2 full clear days or more before the booking start date notice the deposit will be forfeit and the first nights rate charged in full.
- CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR BOOKINGS. A deposit of £50.00 per person is required when booking with 50% of the balance payable at the start of December. Guests who cancel giving 7 full clear days notice can carry any monies paid over to a new booking. If giving less than 7 full clear days notice for cancellation any monies paid will be forfeit.
- Booking.com reservations are fully charged at time of booking and are not refundable or transferable.

Children under the age of 12 when sharing with 2 adults are charged at £25 per night, B&B.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome and are charged at £10 per dog, per night.
Single occupancy in a classic double/twin room will incur a supplementary charge of £30 per night. For a superior/superior plus room this will be £40 per night.
