We believe that dining is an integral part of your Lake District experience. Our restaurant is open year-round, including the festive season, to both residents and non-residents, offering a delightful dining journey. While booking is recommended for our Bridge Restaurant, we're always delighted to accommodate guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Breakfast

Begin your day with our delightful breakfast served daily from 8:00 AM in our Bridge Restaurant. Our full Cumbrian breakfast is a hearty and satisfying start, complemented by tea, coffee, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurts, and cereals. This nourishing meal will set you up perfectly for your adventures on the fells.

Bridge Restaurant & Talbot Bar

Our Talbot Bar, open daily from noon, offers a taste of traditional Lakeland comfort food. Relish the flavours of the Lake District with offerings like Jennings ales, Lakeland Bedrock gin, Lakes vodka, and whiskies from The Lakes Distillery.

You can enjoy a meal in the bar from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Our Bridge Restaurant is open from 6:30 PM daily.

Afternoon Tea

Experience a quintessential afternoon in the Lake District with our indulgent Afternoon Tea. Enjoy a selection of handcrafted sweet and savoury delights, served with a glass of Prosecco.
