Terms & Conditions

General Bookings:

• A £25 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. Any monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellation notice of two full days or more before the booking start date: We will hold the deposit against a future booking for up to 12 months.

• Cancellation notice of less than two full days before the booking start date: The deposit will be forfeited, and the first night's rate will be charged in full.

Christmas & New Year Bookings:

• A deposit of £50.00 per person is required when booking, with 50% of the balance payable at the start of December.

• Guests who cancel, providing 7 days' notice, can carry any deposit paid over to a new booking.

• If cancellation occurs with less than 7 days' notice, any deposits will be forfeited.

Booking.com Reservations:

• Reservations made through Booking.com are fully charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable or transferable.
