  • At Skelwith Bridge Hotel, we offer our Best Rate Guarantee, ensuring that you receive the best rates when you book directly with us. If you find a better rate elsewhere based on the same room, dates, and booking conditions, we'll match it. Don't forget to check our special offers page for the latest value deals.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required to confirm all reservations.

  • Children under the age of 12, when sharing with 2 adults, are charged at £25 per night, including breakfast.

    Well-behaved dogs are welcome and are charged at £10 per dog, per night. For more information, please see out Pet Policy.

  • Single occupancy in a classic double/twin room incurs a supplementary charge of £30 per night, while in a superior room, it's £40 per night.

  • If you have any inquiries or special requests, please feel free to contact our reception, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

  • General Bookings:

    Cancellation notice of 48 hours or more before the booking start date: We will hold the deposit against a future booking for up to 12 months.

    Cancellation notice of less than 48 hours before the booking start date: The deposit will be forfeited, and the first night's rate will be charged in full.

    Christmas & New Year Bookings:

    A deposit of £50.00 per person is required when booking, with 50% of the balance payable at the start of December.

    Guests who cancel, providing 7 days' notice, can carry any deposit paid over to a new booking.

    If cancellation occurs with less than 7 days' notice, any deposits will be forfeited.

    Booking.com Reservations:

    Reservations made through Booking.com are fully charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable or transferable.
